Vision Through A Jar is an organization currently in the process of filing for 501(c)(3) nonprofit status.
Our mission operates through a unique sustainability hybrid model. While the nonprofit branch, Vision Through A Jar, is designed to provide relocation, housing, and legal assistance to families in crisis, it is powered by a dedicated for-profit sustainability engine. We believe that by creating a self-sustaining ecosystem through our creative ventures, we can ensure that our social impact remains consistent and independent of traditional funding cycles.
The organization was founded by Michael Brown with a vision to bridge the gap between creative entrepreneurship and community support. After navigating the complexities of advocating for family members in transition, Michael realized that a traditional model wasn’t enough—it needed a permanent, sustainable engine to drive change.
By integrating for-profit sustainability, where we focus on environmental education and creative upcycling, we are able to reinvest resources directly into the mission of Vision Through A Jar. This allows us to build a "financial fortress" for the community, extending a helping hand to those navigating state services and relocation during times of crisis.
